In the recent months the Kaiserreich has been undergoing sweeping reforms, with it the question of the limitation of the Kaiser. I know that in KR's lore Germany won WW1, is the master of Mitteleuropa-Reichspakt and the amount of things to do and debuffs to get rid of is really overwhelming.
This mod can trace its origin back to Hearts of Iron II. You need not / cannot attach a CAG brigade to a CVL. Germany is one of the most played nations in HoI2.
They won’t do anything except give me time to move real divisions into the area in case of a naval invasion.
